Not at all! We welcome all skill levels, from beginners to master gardeners. Whether you need advice on your first plant or want to share your expertise, you’ll find a place here.
There are plenty of ways to participate:
Attend the monthly meetings held on the second Monday of each month, 1:00pm, at the Terry Ashe Center. No meetings in August.
Join a community project like Civic Beautification or Daffodils Across the - Ridge.

Yes! While members get exclusive benefits, we welcome volunteers for community events, plant sales, and special projects. It’s a great way to meet our team and see if membership is right for you!
We offer gardening workshops, community projects, plant swaps, garden tours, and social gatherings. Our biggest event is the annual Garden Tour, where we provide a chance to tour local gardens. We also have a plant sale and boutique in conjunction with the tour.
